Your order is processed the same day

Most orders placed on our web site by 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday. With 95% of the items we sell on hand, we're ready to ship most products when you order.

Standard delivery in 7-10 business days

If your order is being shipped to any of the 50 U.S. states, it will arrive at your shipping address in 1-7 business days. (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.) If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please include your physical address as the ship-to address for faster delivery.

Lead Time: For products in stock, lead time is 1-2 weeks. If you need a rush order, let us know at the time you place an order. Products that need to be back-ordered from the manufacturer can take up to 8-14 weeks.

Do you need it quicker?

Quicker shipping options are also available for most items, including next-day and 2-day air delivery. Shipping upgrade options and costs vary — select your preferred upgrade during the checkout process or call for more details. Not available for large or heavy items requiring special shipping. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses.

APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, & U.S. territories
Most orders are delivered via Priority Mail for our standard shipping rates (above right). Allow extra time for delivery. UPS and other shipping upgrades may be available - please call for details.

Special shipping for large items
Large or heavy items, including most TVs, require special shipping. Delivery takes 5-7 business days once your order has been processed. Special shipping includes one of the following services, as detailed on individual product pages:

·       Scheduled delivery to your door* — Delivery to the door of your house or apartment.

· I  In-home delivery* — Delivery to any accessible room of your home. Check dimensions to make sure
item will fit through doors and around corners.
