In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, entry error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, OrbitDirect shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product(s). Although your credit card normally is not charged prior to shipping an order, if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled OrbitDirect will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS FOR US & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Minimum orders: $500 minimum order for all orders to resellers, any order less than the
minimum is subject to management approval. Orbit Cannot guarantee expedited shipment for
permitted orders under $500.
Sales Tax Certificate: All customers must supply their state sales tax number,
preferably by sending us a copy of the sales tax certificate.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notification. Items are billed at the
prices in effect at time of shipment
Lead Time: For products in stock, lead time is 1-2 weeks. If you need a rush order,
let us know at the time you place an order. Products that need to be back-ordered
from the manufacturer can take up to 8-14 weeks.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. OrbitDirect reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orbit
NOTE - We do not charge your credit or debit card until your order is shipped, however we do attempt to get an authorization on your card for the amount of your order at the time your order is placed. This authorization is not a charge but still may utilize a portion of your credit limit or available funds making those funds or portion of your credit limit unavailable for other use. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed or cancelled the authorization will expire and your credit limit or available funds will again become available for use. The amount of time it takes for an authorization to expire is dependant on the policies of the bank that issued your card and ranges from 1 to 7 business days. Sales Taxes
